Peter Sammons - Director:

Peter is a highly experienced facilitator who has been working with individuals and teams to improve organisational performance for over 25 years.
His areas of specialty are professional development, organisational behaviour, and individual and team performance.

Peter has a proven track record in building partnerships across organisations; supporting business plan and project implementation; and assisting with culture change. He frequently works with Senior Managers and leaders at all levels inside organisations to improve staff alignment to organisational objectives, especially during times of major change. 

He is also experienced in helping to develop high potential “emerging leaders”.

Peter is an authorised consultant using 360 feedback and other assessment processes that help people understand their personal styles and learn the impact of individual and group behaviours on a team’s ability and capability to deliver good performance.
